Jonathan O’Neill, Contracts Director at McAleer & Rushe commented:

“It is a great project to be associated with and our experienced team and partners have worked tirelessly to ensure this development contributes positively to its historic location and we’re pleased the development is now taking great shape.”

Ellen Hadden from DSDHA, the development architects added:

“At 9 Marylebone Lane DSDHA set out to create a building that is contemporary in its design yet draws inspiration from its historic surroundings. The complex geometry of the glazed terracotta echoes the Edwardian facades of the surrounding streets and has ensured the building reflects a strong sense of local identity, which captures the prestige of this address as a residential neighbourhood.”

Tarun Tyagi, Chief Executive at Clivedale London said:

“We are committed to ensuring that each of our developments become legacy schemes that are delivered to the highest specification, quality and attention to detail. I would like to commend the work and expertise of our partners as we look forward to the development coming to life and enhancing one of London’s most famous neighbourhoods.”
