McAleer & Rushe has extensive experience in the construction of residential developments having completed in excess of 5,000 units for the private ands social housing sectors. Projects currently in construction or design will add a further 1,000 units to this figure.

McAleer & Rushe is active in the provision of sub-urban housing and inner-city brownfield apartment development, with the latter often forming part of larger mixed use schemes undertaken by the Company.
