The award was received by Seamus Mc Aleer (Chairman) and Eamonn Laverty (Managing Director) of the Mc Aleer & Rushe Group.
Following the ceremony Eamonn Laverty commented that “the award was recognition of the high quality of buildings completed by the Company in Northern Ireland and elsewhere, whilst also recognising the input from our design teams and consultants. In particular the recently completed Invest Northern Ireland Headquarters on Bedford Street, Belfast, has been a fantastic success with the building making an impressive contribution to the city centre.”
Congratulating McAleer & Rushe, Leslie Morrison, Chief Executive, Invest Northern Ireland said: “The Invest Northern Ireland Headquarters is a modern, innovative building that will enable the agency to integrate further its economic development delivery for Northern Ireland and which signifies yet another step forward in the positive regeneration of Belfast city centre. I am delighted that the Invest NI building is one of a number of projects which has contributed to McAleer & Rushe’s awards success.”
