Swiss Centre £200m Redevelopment Secures 5* W Hotel

McAleer & Rushe Group, developers of the Swiss Centre in London’s Leicester Square have announced an agreement with leading global hotel and leisure company Starwood Hotels & Resorts who will introduce their world class luxury ‘W’ brand to the UK for the first time. Construction of the £200m scheme has already commenced with completion estimated for Spring 2010.

McAleer & Rushe secure contract for new €130m Hotel and car-park for Dublin Airport

McAleer & Rushe have been successful in designing the new terminal linked 4* hotel and multi-storey car-park at Dublin Airport. The hotel and car-park will be linked directly to the airport’s new passenger terminal T2.
