Tyrone based McAleer & Rushe Group were winners of two prestigious awards at the Northern Ireland Property Awards held at the Ramada Hotel in Belfast on Thursday 16th November. The company received Commercial Developer of the Year and Best Public Sector Building for the Invest Northern Ireland Headquarters, Belfast.
This is the second time within a year that Seamus McAleer (Chairman) and Eamon Laverty (Managing Director) have received an award for Developer of the Year. They are both delighted to be honoured once again for their contribution to the property industry and for the high recognition which Invest NI headquarters has received.
The company which was founded in 1967 has developed an impressive portfolio of property not only in Ireland but throughout the UK. These include a number of mixed use schemes such as Waterfront Plaza, Nottingham, Charlotte Place, Southampton and St James’ Gate, Newcastle Upon Tyne.
The Group are currently involved in two major redevelopment projects in London, The Swiss Centre, Leicester Square and 2-16 Baker Street.
