Market Focus
The activities of the Company are principally focused on the development and construction of high density city centre schemes, often as mixed use projects or as stand-alone buildings.
The Company are specialists in the hotel and office sectors having completed in excess of 10,000 bedrooms for 12 national branded operators over 40 projects and 1.25m sqft office accommodation. City Centre apartment and suburban housing schemes are also undertaken by the company.
Development Managment
McAleer & Rushe is currently engaging with a number of financial institutions and other property owners’ with a view to managing the delivery of developments within their control. The services offered by the company in this scenario include full utilisation of its design and construction expertise mixed with its considerable market knowledge. In short each project will be managed as if it were within McAleer & Rushe’s ownership.
Group Structure & Performance
In total the Group contains approximately 70 inter-related companies which together achieve consistently strong profits on the back of annual revenue circa £180m pa.
In addition to the Group’s development and construction operations, it’s sister companies Keystone Lintels and Keylite Roof Windows manufacture material’s for the construction industry.
